Every year, each and every player MUST turn in a new Physical Packet to our trainers. They are currently accepting physicals for the 2011-2012 school year.
Incoming Freshman and Juniors in in 2011-2012 MUST have a doctor's exam and fill out all four pages of the packet.
Sophomores and Seniors to be in 2011-2012 only need to fill out pages 1, 3, & 4, but do not need a new physical exam, unless they did not have one done the previous year.
